Introduction

Welcome to evvo CRM, a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed specifically for managing school leads and admissions. This guide will help you navigate through the features and functionalities of evvo CRM.

Multi-Tenant Architecture

evvo CRM is a multi-tenant application, meaning that each user can be given access to one or more schools. This allows for efficient management of multiple institutions within a single platform. Each school has its own Leads, Contacts, Admissions and Configurations which are visible if the account does not have access to the school.

Accounts

If you are reading this you probably already have an account created for you by an administrator of evvo and credentials with a temporary password provided to you.

Change Password

Passwords originally provided are temporary. Upon first logging in, please change your password immediately.
Profile -> Settings -> Security -> Change Password

Account Access

Account access to the required schools has already configured.
