Activities
Lead activities in evvo are tasks or interactions — such as calls, emails, meetings, or follow-ups — scheduled that track the communication and its outcomes during the enrolment process.
Activities are bound to each lead and they are assigned to the enrolment manager responsible for the lead.
A filtered view of all activities related to a lead is present in the Lead View.
A holistic view of all activities (Pending or Completed) can be found in the Activities View
Create an Activity
- Open a Lead
- Click on the + sign in the top right corner of the view
- Select Activity
- Provide a title, description, type and time of the activity
- Click Create
Edit an Activity
Just click on any of the fields of the activity and they will move to the edit state. To update the field click enter or anywhere outside of the activity card and any edits will be saved.
Mark as Done - use to provide information about the outcome of activity (positive/negative and description of the outcome)
