Admission

The Admission View serves as a centralized location for storing all files and documents associated with a lead. A new admission case can be initiated directly from the Lead View, which automatically establishes a link between the lead and the admission case for seamless navigation.

New Admission Requirement

To create a new admission, the child's first and last name must be present in the lead.


Admission files configuration

Each school has their own set of file categories specific to the type of documents they collect.

  1. Go to settings
  2. Select Files
  3. Add all desired categories

Required Files

You can mark a file as required. This will add the category into a checklist in the Admission Case. This way the user can quickly check if all documents are collected.


File Support

Downloading a File

To access a file within an Admission Case, click on the file name displayed on the corresponding file card. This action will initiate the download of the file.


Deleting a File

When you open an Admission Case, each file card includes a bin icon. Clicking this icon will initiate the deletion of the associated file.

File Deletion

Files are never permanently deleted from the system. When a user initiates a delete action, the file is archived instead of being fully removed. If a file is accidentally deleted, you can reach out to an administrator to restore it to the respective file.
