Contacts
Contacts are individuals associated with a lead, typically serving as the child's custodians or guardians. They are actively involved in all aspects of your leads, admissions, and related activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the process.
Contact Data
- First Name
- Last Name
- School
- Phone - always put a + sign and the country code for the phone to be validated correctly (e.g. +48 for Poland or +420 for Czechia)
- Address
- City
- Postal Code
- Language
- Gender
Create a Contact
- Open a Lead
- Click on the + sign in the top right corner of the view
- Select Contact
- Select New Contact and input the required fields
- Click Save
- A new contact will be created and linked directly to the lead
Contacts can only be created in the Leads view.
Link existing contact to Lead
- Open a Lead
- Click on the + sign in the top right corner of the view
- Select Contact
- Use the search to find the desired contact
- Click Save
- A link between the contact and the lead will be created
Contact Emails
When a user connects their business email via evvo's integration with Microsoft O365 or Gmail, evvo will automatically monitor all sent and received emails. If the email address of a contact matches any of the recipients (To, Cc, Bcc) or the sender, the email will be logged and displayed under the Email section within the Contacts View.
Deleting a Contact
Open a Contact and on the bottom right corner of the Contacts View you can find a delete action.
Lead Deletion
A contact is never fully deleted. When a user performs a delete action the contact will be archived. If you have deleted a contact by mistake you can contact an administrator and restore the contact.
