evvo features integrated contact forms that automatically generate leads and contacts within the system upon submission. When prospects submit data through these forms, evvo processes the information and creates new lead and contact entries, capturing and organizing all relevant details. This seamless integration simplifies data collection, improves efficiency, and eliminates the need for manual data entry.
How do forms work?
evvo's forms include several features that can be managed via the URL used to access them. Below, you will find the structure of the URL and its associated parameters:
https://forms.evvotek.com/{style}/{language}/{mode}/{school}/{source}/{campaign}/
- style - n (for normal), if (iframe)
- language - en, cs, pl
- mode - toff, ton (time on/off), oc (only contact, no grade, age, or time field).
- school - you can ask the administrator for your school code
- source - ads, SEO, raf, event, instagram, website, facebook, walk_in, tiktok, publication, b2b, linkedIn, other
- campaign - you can write whatever you want, as long as it doesn`t have spaces. If you want to make a campaign with multiple words, we would suggest using camel case (myBigCampaign) or kebab-case (my-big-campaign)
Data Mapping
Field data from the forms that cannot be mapped directly to fields in the evvo will be added as notes to the lead.
