Activity Views¶
You can review activities from different parts of evvo depending on the level of detail you need.
Lead View¶
Inside a lead record, you can see activities related to that specific lead.
This is the best view when you want to understand communication history and upcoming work for one enrolment journey.
Dashboard and Navigation Bar¶
From your dashboard and quick access in the navigation bar, you only see activities connected to leads assigned to you.
This view helps each enrolment manager focus on their own pending and completed work.
Activities View¶
The Activities View gives you a complete overview of activities across all schools you have access to.
You can filter activities here and switch between two display options:
