Form Template

Each school can have an unlimited number of form templates. Every form template has a unique link that you can share directly, embed on your website, or use in an ad.

You can also add parameters to the form link to trigger specific behavior or pass metadata that is stored with each submission.

Each form template includes its own unique link.

  • Share the link directly with parents.
  • Embed the form on your website.
  • Use the link in campaigns or ads.

If you do not want to manually update the form URL, use the link builder available in each Form Template view.

Default Params

Default parameters let you control how the form opens and how submissions are tagged.

  • default language sets the language in which the form first loads. If it is not specified, the form uses the first language available in the language options.
  • embed makes the form easier to embed by simplifying styling and resizing. It also hides the form header, including the logo and language selector.
  • campaign and source add tags that are transferred to the lead after submission.

Custom Params

You can add your own key-value parameter to the form URL and store it as metadata on the submission.

Use the format &customKey=customValue, replacing customKey and customValue with your own values.

You can add multiple custom parameters to the same form link.

QR Code

You can also generate a QR code image for the form URL from the Form Template view.

This is useful when you want to share forms in printed material, at events, or anywhere parents can scan the link from a device.
