After Submit Actions

After Submit Actions let you automatically run follow-up steps right after a parent submits a form.

Use these actions to move submissions into your admissions process without manual work.

Create Lead/Contact

When enabled, evvo creates a new lead and a related contact automatically after form submission.

To create the lead/contact successfully, the minimum required data is:

  • lead Title
  • contact First Name
  • contact Last Name
  • either contact Email or contact Phone

In the mapping table:

  • the left side contains lead and contact fields
  • the right side lets you select which form fields will populate those values

Title Pattern

Use the title pattern to build the lead title in a flexible way.

You can:

  • use one form field
  • combine multiple form fields
  • mix form fields with custom text

This helps you create lead titles that are clear and easy to identify in your pipeline.

Lead Tags

You can assign an existing lead tag automatically based on a dropdown selection in the form.

This is useful for routing and segmentation, especially when different form options should trigger different lead categories.

Send After Submit Email

When enabled, the client receives an automatic email right after submitting the form.

First, select the email field from the form that will be used as the recipient address.

Then configure which email template should be sent for each form language.

evvo sends the template that matches the language used when the form was submitted.
