Form Basics¶

Forms help schools collect information from parents for marketing, enrolment, and re-enrolment workflows.

Use this section to understand the different form types and how forms support your admissions and follow-up processes.

Forms are the main way to receive information from parents, whether you are collecting leads for marketing or gathering additional details required for enrolment and re-enrolment.

Form templates can also be built as multi-lingual and multi-step experiences, making them easier for parents to complete and easier for schools to adapt across different audiences and processes.

There are two types of forms in evvo:

• Standard forms are multi-submit forms that can be used for lead collection.
• Data requests are used for detailed questionnaires and file collection.

After a form is submitted, it can also trigger automated workflows to support the next step in your process, for example:

• an after-submit email
• create a lead
• other follow-up automations configured for your workflow

Choose the form type based on the kind of information you need and how the submission will be used in your process.
