Navigation¶

This page explains the top navigation bar in evvo and what each option is used for.

Left side of the top navbar¶

Use the left side of the top navbar to move between the main areas of the application:

• Leads - open and manage prospective families
• Contacts - view people connected to leads and students
• Students - work with enrollment and re-enrollment records
• Activities - review tasks, calls, meetings, and other logged actions
• Forms - access forms used to collect information

Right side of the top navbar¶

The right side gives you quick access to tools you may use throughout the day:

• Quick search - search across leads, contacts, and students from one place
• Light/Dark theme - switch the application theme based on your preference
• My Activities - open activities related to leads assigned to you
• Notifications - see notifications about events that happened in the app
• Settings menu - open the cog dropdown to access Settings, the Knowledge Base, and Log out

Tips for faster navigation¶

• Use the top navbar when you want to switch to a different main view.
• Use quick search when you know who or what you need to find.
• Check notifications and My Activities regularly to stay on top of follow-ups.
