Logging Activities¶
Create activities from the Lead View to record the next step or outcome for that lead.
When you create an activity from a lead, it is automatically connected to that lead.
Each activity includes the following details:
- title
- type
- description
- start time
- end time
- status
By default, a new activity is created with the status set to Pending unless you explicitly mark it as completed during creation.
When you mark an activity as Done, you can record the outcome of the interaction as Positive or Negative and optionally add notes describing what happened.
If an activity was marked as completed by mistake, you can revert it back to a pending state.
