Create¶
There are two ways leads can be created in evvo.
Manual creation¶
Your team can create a lead manually when you receive an inquiry by phone, email, in person, or from any other source that is not already connected to the system.
Manual creation is useful when:
- a family contacts your school directly
- you want to enter information collected by a staff member
- you need to add a lead that did not come through a form

Automatic creation from a form¶
Leads can also be created automatically by the system when a parent or guardian submits a form connected to evvo.
This helps your team:
- capture inquiries without manual data entry
- start follow-up faster
- keep lead information organized from the first submission
Once the lead is created, your team can review the record, update details, assign follow-up work, and continue managing the family in evvo.
