Basics¶

Lead activities in evvo are tasks, reminders, or interactions such as calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups scheduled during the enrolment process.

They help your team track communication with each lead and capture the outcome of that communication over time.

Activities are linked to individual leads and are assigned to the enrolment manager responsible for the lead.
