Lead Tags¶
Lead Tags help your team organize and manage leads more efficiently.
Tags are custom labels that you can use to group leads in a way that matches your school's process.
How lead tags work¶
Tags are created at the school level.
Any user who has access to the school can:
- create tags
- delete tags
- apply tags to leads
This allows the whole team to work with the same shared tag list.
Where to apply tags¶
You can apply a tag, or quickly create and apply a new tag, directly from the Lead View by clicking the tags section.
Where to manage all school tags¶
You can manage all school tags from Settings in the Tags section.
